He holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs, specializing in Nonprofit Organizations, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice. Camron is the creator of the Keys to Successful Incarceration program and the Keys to Successful Reentry programs , both of which provide tools and guidance to empower individuals navigating incarceration and reentry. His innovative work reflects a deep passion for rehabilitation, community engagement, and bridging the gap between justice and opportunity.

Anthony "Antt" Williams' journey is a powerful testament to transformation and advocacy. Growing up in the Jordan Housing Projects in Watts, Los Angeles, he overcame a challenging past to become a leader for social change. After 22 years in prison, he turned his life around, authoring gang prevention courses, mentoring others, and focusing on breaking cycles of violence.
He pursued academic success, earning degrees in Black Studies, Social Work, and Rehab Counseling, and became a vocal advocate for mental health, addiction recovery, and criminal justice reform. As Co-Founder of "Keys to Successful Reentry," He supports tailored programs for reintegration, highlighting the potential for redemption and the power of community support. His life exemplifies resilience, empathy, and the impact of positive change.

Jeremiah Daffin | Lived Experience Expert
Jeremiah Daffin's life story is a testament to transformation and resilience. Growing up in Barstow, California, he faced challenges from his parents' divorce and local gang influences. Despite these struggles, he found support in his mother and other women in his family, who helped him navigate a difficult path. Jeremiah focused on self-improvement, earning his GED, gaining vocational skills, and embracing educational and rehabilitative opportunities inspired by Martin Luther King Jr.'s principles of nonviolence. Today, he dedicates himself to mentoring junior high students, using his experiences to guide and inspire them. His journey highlights the power of change, support, and determination in overcoming adversity, making him a role model for positive transformation

Gustavo ‘Tavo’ Vega | Lived Experience Expert
Gustavo "Tavo" Vega's life is a story of overcoming adversity and personal growth. Raised in Mexico and the U.S., he struggled with cultural identity and tough neighborhood conditions, leading him to join a gang and face juvenile incarcerations. His adult life included a cycle of imprisonment, substance abuse, and violence, resulting in a life sentence. In prison, Gustavo transformed his life through education, earning two Associate degrees and distancing himself from gang culture. He facilitated self-help groups, helping inmates and gaining empathy. After release, despite challenges, he found stability and continued his education, earning a bachelor's in Sociology with a minor in Neurobehavior Science and a master's in Rehabilitation Counseling. Gustavo now works as a drug counselor, coordinates outreach for SDSU Project Rebound, and volunteers in various community roles, using his experiences to support and inspire others. His journey highlights the impact of education and support networks in overcoming difficulties and contributing positively to society.

Stephanie Majsterski Lived Experience Expert
Stephanie Majsterski's story is a testament to resilience and transformation. Faced with a five-year state prison sentence in 2017, she used this challenge as a catalyst for growth, leading to early release due to rehabilitation and good conduct. Despite tough experiences in the high-power 4A unit at Las Colinas Detention Facility, she overcame substance abuse, mental health issues, and suicidal thoughts, emerging stronger and more empathetic.
Currently a student at San Diego State University, Stephanie is pursuing her academic dreams, inspiring others facing similar challenges. Her commitment extends to community service, notably with Project Rebound, where she supports formerly incarcerated individuals in their academic pursuits. She also contributes to "Keys to Successful Reentry," mentoring others in their societal reintegration.

A US Army veteran, Nelson brings discipline and leadership to his work. As a consultant for Keys to Successful Reentry, he develops strategies to support societal reintegration. Nelson is deeply community-oriented, embodying a commitment to service, professional excellence, and impactful change.
